BACK GROUND

St. Mechtilda Kitaasa Health Centre is a non-profit making Health unit which was established by the daughters of Mary (Bannabikira) sisters in 1984 and later was promoted to a Health Centre Three in 2002. The Health Centre is situated in a rural area of Butenga Sub County North West of Bukomansmbi District.

The Health Centre has a regular license for operation issued by the Register of Medical and Dental Practitioner Council and it was also accredited by the Uganda Episcopal Conference Health Commission.
